Order from the restaurants next door.
Sellio is the ordering and delivery platform for independent kitchens. One published rate card, couriers paid for their time, and a delivery window built from what your restaurant actually cooked last week — not from a citywide average.

How it works
Three steps, and none of them are a mystery
Most of what goes wrong with food delivery happens in the gap between the kitchen and the courier. That gap is the part we actually built.
Find the kitchens near you
Enter an address and Sellio shows only restaurants that can actually reach it, with the fee and the delivery window on the card before you open the menu.
Order straight into the kitchen
Your ticket prints on the restaurant's own system. No phone call, no relay, no lost modifier. Notes for the kitchen travel with the ticket.
A courier is matched to the food
Dispatch waits for the real ticket time before assigning a courier, so nobody stands around and nothing sits under a heat lamp. You watch the whole leg on a live map.
No surprises at the last step
Here is every fee we charge. That is the whole list.
A delivery fee set by distance, and a flat $0.99 service fee. Nothing is added between the menu and the payment screen, and menu prices match the restaurant’s own. Switch to pickup and both fees go to zero.

Three sides of the same order
Customers, restaurants and couriers
A marketplace only works when it works for everyone in it. These are the three groups whose experience we measure every month.
“The window said 24 to 34 minutes and the bag was at my door in 26. I have stopped double-checking, which is the highest compliment I can give a delivery app.”
“We were paying 30% to another platform and eating the refund on every late order. Sellio charges 14%, pays the refund when their courier is late, and I can call a person during service.”
“Getting paid for the fifteen minutes I stand in a restaurant waiting is the difference between this being a job and being a hobby that costs me money.”
“Our menu prices on Sellio are the same as on the wall. Customers notice that. Repeat orders are about 60% of our delivery volume now.”
Coverage
Twelve cities live, two more opening
We open a city only once 120 restaurants have signed on, so day one looks like month twelve. Most delivery zones stop at 2.5 miles to keep food hot.
Questions
The things people ask before their first order
How is the delivery time calculated?
The window at checkout combines three measured numbers: how long that kitchen has taken to cook the same items over the last 30 days, how far the courier is from the restaurant right now, and the drive or ride time to your address at this hour. It is not an average of the whole city, and it is not padded to look safe.
What are the fees, exactly?
A delivery fee set by distance and shown on every restaurant card before you open the menu, and a $0.99 service fee per order. There is no surcharge that appears only at the last step, and prices on Sellio match the prices in the restaurant's own dining room.
Can I order for pickup instead?
Yes. Switch to pickup at checkout and the delivery fee and the service fee both drop to zero. Pickup costs partners nothing either, which is why many of them prefer it.
What happens if something is missing or wrong?
Report it from the order page within 48 hours. Missing items are refunded to the original payment method within one business day, with no requirement to return anything or send a photograph. If the same partner has repeated reports, our quality team contacts the restaurant directly.
Is my food handled safely on the way?
Every courier carries an insulated bag that is inspected at onboarding and replaced every six months. Orders with hot and cold items are bagged separately. Ramen, pho and other soups from partners in our packaging program travel with the broth sealed apart from the noodles.
Dinner is about twenty-seven minutes away.
Browse the kitchens near you, or put your own restaurant in front of the neighbourhood. Sellio has been doing both since 2019.
