Everyone here works a shift on the road

Twice a year, every employee — engineers, finance, the chief executive — spends a shift riding with a courier or working the pass in a partner kitchen. It is the fastest way we know to keep the product honest, and most of what we have shipped in the last two years started as something someone noticed on one of those shifts.
